EXPERIENCE

For over thirty six years, Pat Lane has successfully helped her clients obtain their dream homes and achieve their real estate goals throughout Orange County! She has earned the confidence of her clients, many who have had multiple transactions with Pat, allowing her to remain a consistent Top Producer in her field. The majority of the clients who work with Alison and Pat are either Repeat Business or Referrals from Previous Clients.

Alison joined forces with her mother and partner in the Fall of 2000. After teaching First Grade in San Diego and obtaining sales experience in Maui, Hawaii, Alison returned to Orange County to follow in her mother's footsteps and the two have enjoyed working together ever since! Alison and Pat have created a powerful team for eight years, earning various prestigious awards, including #1 Sales Team in 2005. They joined forces with the Seven Gables Family in 2006 and are proud to be affilliated with a respected and dominant company in their local community.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

Pat has resided in North Tustin since 1970. She graduated from Caldwell College with a degree in Mathematics and Chemistry. Pat was employed as a chemical engineer at Standard Oil of New Jersey until she and her husband, Frank, moved to California with their son Michael. Both of her children, Michael and Alison, were educated in the Tustin Unified School District and graduated from Foothill High School.

Alison was born in Orange County and lived in North Tustin, graduating from Foothill High School. Alison graduated from the University of California, San Diego, with a major in Communications and minor in Psychology. She then received her elementary education credential at UCSD and taught first grade in San Diego. After living in Lahaina, Maui for apx. 2 years, Alison returned to Orange County to work with her partner Pat Lane in the North Tustin area. She loves traveling and enjoys snorkeling, sailing, bicycling, hiking and kayaking.

Pat and Alison are experts in North Tustin, and also specialize in Tustin, Tustin Ranch, Orange, Irvine, Corona del Mar, Newport Beach, Newport Coast & the surrounding areas of Orange County. They are members of the Pacific West Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and affiliates of Orange Coast Association of Realtors. In their pursuit of excellence, Pat and Alison continue to complete classes, regarding the latest developments in technology and trends in the market which affect their field.
